Target Market

Our target market is all MICT SETA levy-paying companies who want to be fully
compliant with regard to their SETA and B-BBEE status. There are direct and indirect
benefits to working with us in that we understand the landscape and offer advice
on how best a company can legitimately acquire points towards the improvement of
their scorecard. We also use the various training programmes as a marketing tool to communicate companies’ commitment towards the empowerment of their employees
and the unemployed youth who benefit from this training.

Services

Kezla is fully accredited by the MICT SETA for six qualifications and provisionally
accredited by TETA. This positions us to offer accredited training. We also offer
SETA liaison support to assist companies to be compliant in terms of their WSP/ATR
submissions. This compliance enables companies to benefit from the SETA mandatory
and discretionary grants, which further enables the same companies to qualify for
B-BBEE points in the most neglected pillar of the scorecard.

Our unique selling proposition is that we tailor-make the solutions around the client. This enables our clients to focus on their core business whilst we focus on getting them benefits to improve their profile.

Corporate Events

We have recently acquired our secondary accreditation from TETA, for the qualification:
SAQA ID No. 74149: National Certificate in Supply Chain Management. At Kezla the staff
members are the centre that holds; they know that their input and loyalty is valuable and appreciated. This makes it easy for them to interact with clients.
