Dynamic DNA is 51% black female youth owned and B-BBEE Level 2 Accredited ICT training Academy, providing IT scarce skills training through hybrid approach of online and on-site blended learning (theory and practical) to develop locally based skilled technology professionals, and accredited with the MICT Seta.
We offer organizations skills gap analysis, B-BBEE consulting and scorecard services, whilst providing a holistic training solution.
Our mission is to help bridge the gap between industry needs and available skills, to develop ICT graduates with practical experience and soft skill.
Our vision is to drive employability and sustainability of young people in the Tech Sector.

Achievements
Majority 51% female owned and managed by a black female youth, we grew from a small little unrecognized college to now, not only recognized as a successful IT Institution, but also internationally accredited. We have grown from 50 students to almost accommodating 500 students in our physical premises. Our success is deeply rooted in the placement of students within the Technology sector.
Challenges DDNA have faced and how we have – and plan to – overcome them
Whilst being black youth female majority owned business by 51%, our most difficult challenge was penetrating the manly dominated IT industry, as a woman I had to adapt and change my persona to be competitive and resilient. I had to grow a thick skin to survive in the business and never looked backed.
