Emerge Solutions forms part of a group of companies that was started with the main focus to assist clients in creating a better and more efficient working environment. A particular focus of the company is to provide scanning and storage solutions, which enable clients to view and manage documents in a more time efficient manner. Emerge Solutions has been at the forefront of the industry and has conducted business successfully with businesses of all sizes for more than 10 years.
Rinsie Prinsloo is the managing director of Emerge Solutions. She started with the Emerge Group five years ago, as a project manager in Bloemfontein and began to lend a helping hand as the national key account manager. Management quickly noticed her potential and within two years was moved into a role in senior management. Her ability to work with clients, solve problems and harness business relationships soon made her a specialist in her field. When the opportunity came to lead Emerge Solutions, Rinsie did not hesitate, taking over the business in 2015. Since then her goal is to be the best in her field and to give sound service to her clients.

EMPOWERMENT AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
The key aim of Emerge Solutions is to create an empowered working environment, especially for women who have no training and development. At Emerge we start with in-house training and then develop it from there. The company empowers trainees with adequate knowledge in order for them to be able to support themselves.
In 2015, Emerge Solutions started accredited training for female staff members in order for them to receive certificates and/or diplomas. Ten staff members now have certificates in data capturing and processing; two have junior management diplomas and another is busy with an accredited IT course. As part of our gender empowerment drive, the company is sponsoring these qualifications in full.
The company considers the health and well-being of their valued employees to be an important function within the organisation. Once a year, all staff members are sponsored a full check-up with healthcare professionals.
Emerge Solutions is also involved in the social upliftment of local communities in Bloemfontein and Johannesburg, participating in and sponsoring cancer drives and end-of-year galas for schools with children with special needs.
