Tebogo Makamela is the founder and Chairman of MSW Project Managers and Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. The company was established in 2004 with the vision of creating a local company founded on the experience shared with an international consulting firm. MSW is now a wholly black-owned local company.
MSW’s vision is to become a premier consulting firm in the development of the country’s infrastructure in the fields of consulting civil and structural engineering, project management and institutional capacity building. Our mission is to differentiate our multidisciplinary Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) engineering and management consultancy by leveraging the full capabilities of our staff and technology on every project.
MSW implements infrastructure projects and assists the communities in which they work by executing government projects to improve the country’s infrastructure. MSW is always looking for new concepts and value addition in every customer engagement, and continues to take part in research-and-development activities that provide a competitive advantage in the delivery of engineering projects.
MSW has a unique way of recognising and giving solutions to its clients, continuously looking at ways to assist them by providing services that exceed expectations.
