ABOUT MVBR
MVBR HLANGENE (PTY) LTD (MVBR) was established in 2017 by four hands- on entrepreneurs from a small town called Majakaneng in the North West region of Gauteng.
MVBR are privileged to have, through many development programs understood the importance of cost effective service delivery through innovation which enhances our value adding solutions for the day to day challenges businesses face.
MVBR supports and actively promotes government’s objectives to enhance the economic participation of Black South Africans in the economy. We form strategic partnerships with handpicked companies that share and assist with transformation objectives, and thus ensuring the development and sustainability of our company and clients alike.
MVBR is a 100% Black owned Level 1 B-BBEE accredited company of which 25% is Black Women Owned.

Commodity Trading
End to end global and local trading of coal, iron, manganese, copper ore, chrome, ferrous and non-ferrous.
Up-Cycling
Our process of transforming by-products, waste materials, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products of better quality or for better environmental and commercial value.
Salvage Yard Management
A coordinate “hands on” site management approach that allows for maximum rebates through segregation, processing and accurate grading.
Demolition
50 years of acquired experience in a green demolition policy that promotes compliance, efficiencies and complete transparency thus yielding the highest returns.
Project Management
Turnkey project management including but not limited to surplus asset management, site decontamination / remediation, waste benefaction.
PROJECTS
Automotive
A joint enterprise development program whereby MVBR handle, transport and trade all scrap metal and recyclable waste material from the catalytic converter site in conjunction with Green Metals South Africa.
Mining
Holistic on-site salvage yard management which includes, material identification, scrap processing, rigging and equipment radioactive decontamination through high pressure water jetting.
Power Utility
MVBR together with the local skilled community manage the entire Medupi and Kusile salvage yards. This entails the processing, grading, logistics and documentation of both ferrous and non-ferrous redundant material.
Foundries
An established off-site yard within Richards Bay has seen MVBR pioneer the mechanical screening and washing of all iron waste material. This together with the product development team has created a highly sort after steel foundry raw material.
