Founded in 2017, Ntswaki Sehunelo Holdings has been an ever-growing company operating in multiple industries offering a multitude of services. Our business model is based on creating peace of mind for business events, properties, travelers, homeowners and office parks.
Ntswaki Sehunelo Holdings was founded by Ntswaki Sehunelo, a young black woman from Kimberley, South Africa with the aspiration of growing her company to be a great force in the Western Cape and expanding into the greater parts of South Africa. The company has two main subsidiaries which are namely, House of Havana & Group 1 Cleaning Services. House of Havana holds two properties, one in and Somerset West and one in Camps Bay, for rental income and property management. Group 1 Cleaning Services caterers for all domestic & commercial cleaning services and property maintenance.
The idea of the company is to open equity opportunities to those who come from previously disadvantaged communities from within the boundaries of the Republic of South Africa with adequate knowledge and experience in respective business fields.
We are a level 1 B-BBEE compliant company. CIDB grading of 1GB PE & 1CE PE. COIDA, NCCA (Pending), UIF and Provident Fund Registered. We are up-to-date in terms of all relevant certification. Our Contractor Grades are: We are registered with Central Supplier Database. CSD Supplier No. MAAA0538896.
